What we store

• Your site URL and agreed flows: the pages and steps we are authorized to check, including any testing restrictions.
• Your dedicated test login: stored encrypted at rest and used only by the checker to run the agreed flows.
• Run evidence: browser videos, screenshots, results, console and network errors, and report decisions. These may show information visible to the test account.
• Your contact details and correspondence: the email address and messages needed to respond to inquiries and send reports and summaries.

Why we store it

We use your site URL and test account to perform the checks you authorize. We use run evidence to verify possible bugs, reproduce failures, prepare reports and resolve false-alarm refund requests. We use your email address to communicate about the service.

Who can access it

Test login credentials are used only by the checker and are not included in bug reports or sent to a language model. The person verifying a possible bug can review its run evidence. Hosting, email and model providers may process the information needed for their part of the service; page content or run evidence may be processed to help analyze a failure. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Use an account created for testing and keep real customer data out of it. Run videos and screenshots can capture whatever that account can see.

How long we keep it

We keep service data while your subscription is active so we can run checks, compare results and provide reports. Your stored site URL, test login, run videos, screenshots and associated service records are deleted within 7 days of cancelling, including service copies and backups we control. Copies of reports already delivered to your inbox remain under your control. We do not retain your test login after this deletion period.

This website

This static marketing site has no analytics scripts, tracking cookies or signup form. Clicking an email link opens your email app; it does not submit information through this website. The hosting provider may process technical request data, such as an IP address, to serve and protect the site.
